Dramatic raw video, taken just after a massive tornado ripped through Briarwood Elementary School in Moore, Okla., on Monday, shows panicked parents reuniting with their shell-shocked children.
The harrowing scene was repeated throughout the Oklahoma City suburb, where dozens of people were killed and many others feared dead. Seven children died at Plaza Towers Elementary and as many as two dozen were thought to be buried beneath the rubble.
At Briarwood, school officials told CNN late Monday that all of its students were accounted for. The video shows a woman hugging a child and thanking a female school staffer who comforted him during the chaos. "He was so brave, he was so brave" the staffer said. Another tried to gather fifth graders for a headcount.
